Well done Shaan for completing 75 nights of Home writing.
Shaan@ Paparore School
I am a Year 3 student at Paparore School School in Northland, New Zealand. Mrs Davan is my teacher. My blog is a collection of my work at various stages, across different curriculum areas. Throughout my time at Paparore School I may share draft copies of my work for feedback and feed forward. Other times I will share my final published pieces. I would appreciate any feedback through leaving me a positive, thoughtful, helpful comment. Thank you.

Raranga Matihiko day 1
My class went to Raranga Matihiko on wednesday. It took 1 and 1/2 hours to get there. When we got there we had morning-tea and the tour guides introduced themselves. Their names were whaea Karen and whaea Charee. Whaea Karen said that some of us were going on a hikoi and some of us were going to have a tutu. My favourite part is when we went into the virtual reality world and writ our name. I love Waitangi.

Muriwhenua Assebly
My assembly was going to be exciting. I was in the ngati kahu group. We were learning about the stories of our ancestors so decided to do a play about it. We practised & practised and practised Until the big day came. I was holding my paper so nervous and the audience glaring into my eyes .After that I felt proud of myself and the whole class .Doing the assembly was fun.

It was about reading and all sorts of books .Duffy was trying to show scruffy how reading is fun.
He took Scruffy on a big reading adventure . When the big day came I was nervous and excited. There were lots of people there. Then I got really nervous.Luckily my mum was there to support me.
